Any tips for applying loose powder eyeshadow?

I keep ending up with the eyeshadow all over my cheeks and it's dark blue!!!Any tips for applying loose powder eyeshadow?

Just be real careful not to smudge it and dont put too much on.





My sister puts so much eyeshadow on she looks like a clown.

they say to use brushes but i like to use my index finger to apply-the oils in ur skin makes application look smoother...PS%26gt;%26gt;don't touch ur cheeks
use a good brush and dab the shadow onto the back of your hand before applying......also dust some loose powder under your eyes before applying
put some cheap loose powder under your eyes thickly then apply your eyeshadow when your done get a brush or tissue and sweep it off..or use some sticky tape and when u finish put the tape over the loose eyeshdaow on ur cheeks to pick it up
put vaseline on your eyes first to help it stick x

Slightly dampen your applicator,and brush along the eye-lid gently.
