Ok I am in a tight budget now and and my friend's bday is in 2 weeks.Help pls.





Ok help me decide between All over shimmer eyes .03 oz which is $16 or a normal pan eyeshadow 0.07 oz which is $10.Which has more quantity?

the pan one, loose eyeshadow can be difficult and having sprinkles down ones face is not a good look. also you tend to waste more of the loose ones (blowing half away so it doesnt go everywhere). and its also better value for moneyLoose eyeshadow or the normal one?
