L'Oreal HIP pigments. You can find at Target, Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, Ulta3 etc. Similiar to MAC pigments. Hope this is what your looking for.:)Do u know any loose powder eyeshadow brands?
Bare Minerals (Bare Escentuals) has kick-*** loose powder eyeshadows.

They are high as hell in price, but so far I'm happy with the staying power. The little ';jars'; seem to last forever as well...I'm going on a year with my favorite shadow using it almost every day.

I also like the H.I.P. products as mentioned by a previous poster. However, the color palette offered by L'Oreal is less than a tenth of the spectrum offered by Bare Minerals (Bare Escentuals).

I tell anyone that M.A.C is the because they have a variety of colors and shimmers. But it's a bit expensive
M.A.C. is the best, but it really is not expensive in the scheme of things. I will explain. What you have to do is go to a M.A.C. Pro store near you and get what is called Pigment. It is an eyeshadow that is almost pure pigment, which means, you use close to nothing to get the desired effect. One little bottle can last you years--literally.... I've had mine for a year now, and I am not even a quarter way through the bottles. They are about $20 each, but if you think about it, any of your eyeshadows that you will buy at Wal-Mart or Clinique or Prescriptives you must use a lot of it to get the color to show up. You use it quicker, and it ends up costing just as much if not more in the long run. Plus, M.A.C. has over one hundred colors of pigment and they are all amazing. I have a Bright Fuscia color that is beautiful. I like to put it on with a little bit of Dark Soul which is a very sparkly smoke color. They last forever, and you get your moneys worth. M.A.C. also sells what is called Mixing Medium and you can use a drop of that with a touch of the pigment and make it into eyeliner, and probably many other things. But for pigment, you MUST go to a Pro store because the regular M.A.C. stores at department stores in the mall do not carry much if any of the pigments.
