Eyeshadow loose or compact?

Wondering opinions on what works better on the eyes....loose eyeshadow or the compacted eyeshadow...I just tried some loose eyeshadow I think it is nicer and was just wondering what others think?

Have a good one--jammieg.Eyeshadow loose or compact?
I love loose eyeshadow. It just seems so much more versatile and fun; it's so easy to mix different colors and create a makeup look all your own! :~)Eyeshadow loose or compact?
if your going for a light texture or shimmer loose looks sexier.

compact is best with matte.
both work great. i prefer compact, however, i do use loose. it all depends on you. if you're looking for different effects, try different brushes.
person preference. compact is more convenient while loose is more wasteful, and results are similar (if you buy good quality types that have lots of pigment), but loose is so much more fun to play with =]
compact............works for me
Compact's less messy for me but I guess loose has a better effect.
Just depends on the eyeshadow itself. Loose is sometimes easier to blend but any loose powder can be a mess, which is why I prefer good compact eyeshadow like MAC or Revlon's 12-hour.
I like creme eyeshadow like Revlons Illuminance Creme Shadow, its only like 1.99 at Big Lots and works like magic
