Hiya. can any 1 tell me how to use Urban Decay loose pigment ?and also eyeshadow base?? plzz help?

Eye Shadow Primer: you use the wand and put a few dabs on you lid, then you use your finger and spread it all around.





Pigments: you dab you brush in some water not alot then you dab it in the pigment, and just use it like a normal eyeshadow. or you can get Mac's Water Base Mixing Medium which then u just put a dot on your hand, then you put that on the brush your using then do the same thing you would do with the waterHiya. can any 1 tell me how to use Urban Decay loose pigment ?and also eyeshadow base?? plzz help?
put a small amount of the base onto your finger tip. spread a small amount onto a clean eyelid, blend gently up into crease. Put a small amount under lash line if you are going to put shadow up there.





Take the loose pigment and dust some onto a clean dish, pallet, etc.


take a flat, stiff, round tip shader brush to pick up a bit of shadow. PAT on the loose shadow. pat onto the places you want the color. Now take a fluffier crease brush (no shadow on it, make sure it's clean) to blend out any hard lines. Take a ponytail/pencil brush to place crease color in a windshield wiper motion. use the clean fluffy brush again to blend upward, not side to side,
