How long does the eyeshadow palette from ebay take to get delivered?

i ordered my palette july 30th and they shipped it on aug 6th. its not aug 24th and i still haven't gotten it. how much longer will it take to get here or when should expect it by? its from hong kong by the way. i ordered earring from hong kong and they got here in less than a week.How long does the eyeshadow palette from ebay take to get delivered?
i got mine in 8 days..i had read where some people took 12 days. may want to contact the seller..i got mine from ebay
