You can get it from the MAC Pro website if you are a MAC Pro member. If you are a professional in the industry this is easy enough. If not, then unfortunately you are out of luck there. You can only buy the refills at the MAC store. If it's a MAC within a department store such as Macy's or Nordstrom, they won't have it. But the MAC stores will definitely have it for you. FYI, it's $10.50 per refill, a major savings compared to what they charge for an individual eyeshadow.
