Urban Decay makes GREAT palattes, especially if you're looking for something on the more dramatic side. Mac offers a palatte you can create yourself by going in and choosing your own colors. If you live anywhere near a Sephora, just go there. They will point you in the right direction!Good eyeshadow palette?
Sephora has some huge eyeshadow palates that are around $18 I think. Check out Sephora.com. I believe its their own brand of makeup.
