you can buy refills at the MAC PRO store (you dont have to be a member)

The macpro website will also have the refills but you have to be a member to buy them online

At any mac freestanding store. Anything that is a permanert color you will be able to purchase as a refill. They use to be on the website, but there not anymore. Thats really weird!
go to nordstroms and talk to the mac counter. they sell them there.
any MAC professional counter.....not Macy's or Nordie's....MAC PRO store only has refills.
