I want to buy an eyeshadow palette鈥?professional look... matt and shiny鈥?all sorts of colours for different styles and skin鈥?what brand is really good? Ingredients being good too鈥?and lasts longer and apllies nicely鈥?I鈥檓 in the uk and have been on ebay, and people are selling 80-130 colour palettes for like 拢1.99鈥?there has to be something wrong, right??? I think the reason you're seeing such cheap palettes is because the seller is not selling the eye shadows, just the plastic casing around them/palette.
